The Government of Mexico offers scholarships for citizens of several countries, including Russia for any postgraduate study at universities in Mexico. The most important requirements to have a career ended at the date of the grant application, fluent in English, completed on time and graduate thesis and commitment to leave Mexican territory at the end of the studies.
The duration is two years for master's degrees and three doctorates. The scholarship covers the registration and enrollment University, the monthly stipend for the entire stay in Mexico and insurances knowledge of Mexican and guests from various countries, the highest standards not only between countries but many Hispanics around the world.
